Colten Yager grew up working on a dryland wheat farm in Western Kansas, where early mornings in the fields and long harvest days shaped both his work ethic and his love for the land. That upbringing planted the foundation for a life spent in agriculture—and a deep respect for the people who care for it.

He went on to earn a degree in Agribusiness from BYU–Idaho, combining his firsthand farm experience with practical knowledge in land economics, management, and valuation. Today, as a Certified General Appraiser, Farm Manager, and Farmland Broker, Colten brings together real-world insight and professional expertise to guide landowners, investors, and farm families through every step of owning, managing, or selling rural property.

Now based outside Spokane, Washington, Colten is a husband of seven years to his wife Addie and a proud dad to their two children, Lyla and Bronco. He’s passionate about giving back to the agricultural community and believes in doing business with integrity, transparency, and a commitment to long-term stewardship.
